Foundation: RCC foundation designed to suit the site’s sub-strata conditions. All external walls are constructed with solid block masonry, while internal walls are built using single brick or solid block masonry.
Main door provided with a pre-hung veneer flush shutter, fitted with branded hardware and hardwood frames. Internal doors are moulded shutter type. Windows are aluminium (Jindal 27 Series) with 15 mm thickness and fitted with MS grills for added security.
All interior walls finished with premium interior emulsion paint. Electrical work includes concealed wiring with adequate fan and light points, along with ELCB and MCB protection as applicable. Superior quality modular switches.
All floors finished with high-quality vitrified tiles. Toilets provided with vitrified tile dadoing. Sanitary fixtures are wall-hung type with concealed cisterns, and all CP fittings are of reputed brands.
